Conclusions
Virucidal activity against the human beta-coronavirus OC43 which was considered as belonging to the same viral family and genus as the coronavirus Covid-19 (SARS-CoV-2). The results show an average of 100% virucidal activity after 60 minutes of irradiation. An average virucidal activity of 99.9999% was shown following irradiation for 30 minutes.
An average virucidal activity of 99.9996% was shown after 3 minutes of irradiation. An average virucidal activity of 99.9% was shown following irradiation for 1 minute.

The infected cells, highlighted in brown following the immunocytochemical process, were viewed using an inverted optical microscope (Leica DM IL) with a magnification of 200x. Pictures below were taken at 1: 3 dilution of the viral titration.

Explanatory note: the experiment was carried out with a very high viral titer, equal to 10,000,000 viral cells
